MOONLIT IN THE SUN
Strings & Piano ad lib

Moonlit in the Sun

Moonlit in the Sun includes a string trio, string duo, solo piano, and a piano trio and quartet that consists of a combination of violin, viola, cello and piano. Because we have our own keyboard, our pianist only requires a plug outlet to perform at your event. Unlike other groups, what makes our piano trio and quartet special is that we can provide continuous music for receptions that last 2-3 hours -- no breaks, no stops in the music.

Moonlit in the Sun is a member of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce and the Business Networking Institute. Together we have over 50 years performance experience that includes weddings, receptions, private parties, and corporate events. We now do dances as well -- foxtrots, tangos, and waltzes! Unlike many other groups, Moonlit in the Sun rehearses regularly and treats every event as if it were for royalty. You can hear us on Thursdays at the Restaurant at Patowmack Farm in Lovettsville, VA. For reservations call: 540.822.9017

An accomplished composer, Nancy adds her own personal style to many of Moonlit In The Sun's musical offerings. Currently, in addition to being the pianist and musical director for Moonlit In The Sun, Nancy is the music director for the Saturday Praise Band service at St. Andrew Presbyterian church in Purcellville and has her own original music rock group, The Nancy Prestipino Band.
